Carmine was trying to provide RP with "inmate community service" due to the fact the arresting transport was power gaming to purposely avoid a jail break. (They drove through tree's / offroad to go straight to prison). The whole situation was screwed up but they made it out the best way they could given the circumstance.

Im glad you checked this out. This was not nearly as big of a scandal in the overall conversation as it should have been. This whole thing happened because of an ANIMAL CARCASS ping. No shots fired, no suspicious or drug activity. The cop also didn't even go to the ACTUAL FUCKING PING and went straight to that store, straight to the store for NO REASON. Idgaf, sorry but that streamer KNEW that CG had a stash in there via meta. There is no discussion on it, it was blatant as fuck and there wasn't a suspension, firing, or even retconning of it. One fuckhead ruined a months worth of rp for his own ego or vendettas or whatever. Offline raided an amazing rp arc and robbed all of the viewers of a huge conclusion to the arc. CG ESPECIALLY and to be honest some other certain popular creators dealt with shit like this all the time. There was another situation in 3.0 NP where CG got the upper hand in their cubby and took cops hostage and it ended by 9 cops rolling up an elevator they shouldn't have been able to get into and shooting THROUGH their own officers to kill the CG guys. Unbelievable amounts of dog water cop behavior.

This may be controversial but if chat gets salty on occasion, it usually indicates the viewers are invested. Having a business in game is an opportunity for roleplay. Most of the exciting crim heists go on cool down. For an 8 hour+ a day streamer, there has be something to do besides standing around talking about the weather or rolling around looking to get in gunfights to keep viewers interested.

I think every cop should have to take days off, from being a cop and ideally play their character as a civ. A crim on a new character would be fine too, not as cool imo.. They are just so isolated from what the server is, how it operates, what the real economy is. Even down to not knowing people outside of harassing and arresting them. Most cops, are not on buddy terms with anyone outside of the PD. Have never bought anything outside of food. Never done any activity besides cop work. Yuu cant expect cops to be grounded in a reality they don't ever participate in. Like i think its really cool that Suarez didn't make a new character to be a crim, his story is more complex because of it, like a real human's story.

I think the biggest SoP change that would help the PD is to not count the A1 pilot as part of the response unit. A copilot would still count against numbers but 1 guy in the air to lead counters against crim movements would help tremendously. Then just add refuel time and decrease the size of the gas tank to balance

During cop shootouts or wars they’d always roll together in a car while others would group up etc. all around they were ultimately one of the scariest yet funniest duo to encounter 24/7 in the city

TBH his bans weren't even half of the menace he was on the server. He probably should have been banned more times even. I remember him trying to solo fight CG, dying, rezzing and immediately going back after them like 7 times in a row NVLing the hell outta himself the whole time.
