Tbh, even as someome who plays with the two seperates, this shit still happens. The strand melee may have slight, and I emphasise slight, tracking, it doesn't lock in like shiver strike or shoulder charge. And it's badly influence from the slightest movement you make. Accidentally made a 1° movement on your joystick? Yup, off to oblivion with you~
