@@PhoebeReyesRealtor Yeah we were robbed 12 miles from there , The police even caught the 3 People involved, They let them go after 2 hours in custody, apparently they only stole $718 dollars worth of stuff so didn’t face charges, Your State is a joke. Homeless people everywhere taking Drugs openly on the streets, Businesses shut down everywhere. Due to crime, And you’re trying to tell us that it’s Lovely… 🤣

The taxes are a crime 😂 besides all the other featured crime visiting the larger cities that used to be of interest 🙄

Thank you so much Soldier Person and these floating homes really offer such a cool lifestyle. @Liz Muschinski, if you ever have questions about the floating homes or any other homes in the area please reach out. Each interior is so unique and such great use of tiny spaces in most of these homes.

Ah yes, HOAs do have Rules and wag regulations however this HOA is very well run and has a lot of community involvement from what I can tell. Funny enough even when you buy a single family home the building department still seems to have a say and what you can do and what you can't do. It really is all about finding a place that feels like home for you and if there's anything I can do to help please let me know

@@PhoebeReyesRealtor I can bet, from what I hear, if you don't play the HOA rules your home can end up in foreclosure; whereas, you can work with the "building department."

@@citticat2 I can't speak to any specific situation however foreclosure is usually something that happens with the lender not with an HOA. Sounds like you might have had a bad experience at some point. I'm sorry if thats the case.

@@PhoebeReyesRealtor I have not. I have just read horror stories with people who bought into an HOA -- uTube has lots. I can bet people think "this HOA will be different" and maybe this one is or they like the idea of "being taken care of or being dictated to".

@@citticat2 HOAs can be good for some and not for others. Home is definitely a personal choice and to each their own. I always encourage my clients to get involved and attend meetings because decisions will be made with or without you.
