Well done, these look fantastic kits. Champion!
parts missing on mine had to send the lot back, really bad customer service with modelux
Nice looking building. I need something like this on my layout! Liked and Subbed! Cheers, Andy
Hi, Simple to construct, available on Ebay, Thanks for commenting. Glynn
@@modelux3975 Hi Glynn. Sadly being in New Zealand with shipping cost and import tax, this would cost me around $85 NZD. :( Cheers, Andy
Have a look on the web site, not Ebay
@@modelux3975 Will do. Thanks!
@@Shelvington_Railway careful not using ebay as you may have no comeback when you recive with parts missing as others have
Thank you so much for doing this video will you turn this into a working model. And will you build the second part of this? Thoroughly enjoyed your video
Hi, yes, In my next video I will make the winding house. Thanks for your Kind words
@@modelux3975 would you be also so kind to show how to make it a working model please. Thank you. And I like you shop too
@@modelux3975hello, did you do the second video for this?
Very helpful, I’m about to tackle one in one in n gauge!
HI, Thanks, just take your time for the PVA to dry. great model.
These look great! Capping stones would also be welcomed, I could definitely do with lots of these for a project I want to do on my layout, will be sure to keep an eye out for when they are released- Mark
Hi Mark, Thanks for your positivity, they should be released in a couple of weeks. Glynn
So the glazing is an extra kit. Why ?
Hi, because scratch builders prefer to do there own glazing, I only sell about 20 % with glazing kits. why pay for something you don't need. Thanks Glynn
Incredible detail to this building and looks relatively simple to construct. Thanks for sharing 🤗
Thanks Richie!
my view on Modelux. it would be good if you put instructions on your website like the label on the kits suggests. I bought 2nd hand (stupid me) and they're so complicated without instructions - your website is offline. I'm guessing that's why the person I bought them from never got started with them. Your kits look excellent but I wouldn't consider buying from your brand again.
HI, All Modelux kits now come with full instruction's, A new website is now online, sorry about your experience with your 2nd hand kit.
Bought this kit on line didn't really help me construct it
Love the video
Grate video
Can you supply a link for the printed brick sheet you mention in the video?
Hi Glynn, I never knew you had a new channel for the Modelux products, just come across this tonight. I hope you are well my friend, it's been a while since you've been active on your layout. I saw this kit on the well known auction site earlier which has led me to this video. A very smart looking footbridge, something a bit different from the usual offerings on the market. One thing is bothering me on the construction - and that is the gap to the first step (both sides of the stairwell), it might just be the camera angle but from here it looks like the first step is missing and a large gap to climb (for a OO gauge person) ? I supose there are a number of spares left so an extra could be trimmed down & glued in if necessary. I hope business is going well & take care my friend, all the best............Andy
That is one very beautiful structure can you tell me were I could get 1?
Hi Dario, you could get one on Modelux web site or they are available on Ebay, Thanks Glynn
Hi I notice you have a 4 lane shed can you please show an example of the track points layout to get the correct pitch to fit your Engine Shed the 3 lane one is shown over tracks a view looking down would be uesful thx.
Looks great. Can you tell me the distance between rail centres for the doorways to see if it suits the OO gauge engine shed layout I am building?
Hi Kieth, the door entrances are 56 mm wide, so the centres will be 23 mm. we now also have a four lane shed . Thanks Glynn
@@modelux3975 Thanks Glynn, I actually want a road shed. If the doorways are 56mm wide, what is the distance from the centre of one doorway to the centre of the next doorway? I'm estimating it will be about 60mm (eg, from round vent to round vent above each doorway) ?
I mean a 4 road shed!
Very nice engine shed, it would be nice to see a large terminus station build building, i've seen a card kit on the market "superquick" the European stations by Faller and Kibri look amazing.
Hi, I will ask the designer if he has any ideas. thanks Glynn
Chester Principle victorian Station would be a worthy candidate 🙏
Wow ! So realistic and a fast build. Is it modelled on any particular viaduct?thanks for the sharing the vid
Hi, Its based on the famous Ironbridge in Shropshire, but we had to change the design to get locos to run on a level bridge. thanks for watching. Glynn
Just found your channel buddy going have binge watch 👍👍👍
Thanks Dylan, my other channel is LNER 1946, which is my layout channel. thanks Glynn
Sound ill get over and sub all the best for 22 buddy 👍👍👍👍
Thanks Dylan
Great looking kit! Thanks for sharing 🙂👍🏻
Hi Mark, Thanks for watching! ATB Glynn
Hi Glynn. Just had a look at the Modelux web site. I cannot find any dimensions on the products. Makes it a bit difficult to plan where they will go on a layout. Will they be added at some stage? Good videos. Cheers. Pete
Hi Pete, sorry about that. what gauge and product were you looking at. Regards Glynn
@@LNER1946 OO gauge, the footbridge you are making here. It was just a point. I looked at other products, they seem to be dimension free as well :) Pete
Hi Pete, will have a word with the web designer as why there is no dimensions. Thanks Glynn
Nice - have you thought about an extension kit to double the length?
Hi Andy, yes, we have designed it to join as many together as possible. we will be making a long version soon. Thanks glynn
The pictures looked very detailed. Your lovely assistant was fantastic, just shows you anyone can do it
Thanks so much 😊
Looks a great kit, I’ll be sure to have a look at the website, I also liked the engine shed you did, we spoke before about a little shout out for this channel so I will add a link and into my video I’m making this evening plus a little mention on the video too hope it helps 👍🏻
Thanks Mark, any possible help is good. I will look out for your video. All the best. Glynn
@@modelux3975 do you know when the 00 gauge Victorian double engine shed will be available again? Looked on the website and it’s out of stock
Hi Mark, just checked, the website says available. will make sure it has been updated. Thanks Glynn
