A visit to the Apolong Brewing Company. Many selections of beer brewed in- house and a good selection of Mexican style food to enjoy. Very relaxing atmosphere. I strongly recommend visiting this place at least once while you're in the Philippines.

We planned on staying here for a couple of years but the opportunity to build our house came quicker than we thought so we went for it. I’ve never had any problems with the owner of this rental.

No! the water does not turn the turbines, the low pressure steam does that, I worked at the Geysers, a geothermal plant and the vapor coming out of the towers is just steam from the ground, yes it has sulfur and hydrogen sulfide, that is a nasty gas.

How much did you tip her? What is the average amount, and in dollars or Philippine pesos?
Tipped 500 pesos one time only and we stayed for 3 days. They don't expect a tip so she was very happy. 3000 pesos per night but that goes up or down a little depending on area events and so on. I suggest contacting the hotel directly instead of using a third party booking. We paid in pesos and they do accept major credit cards.

Hello and thanks for watching. This house is a rental until we build our own. I recently check and found that it's about 35,000 pesos ($615.00 us) per square meter to build a nice house. If you were to build a 300 sqm home (3200 square approx.) It would cost around $184,000 us. I hope that helps you.

Hello Sir, Thank you for watching. To answer your questions, yes the house is an unfurnished rental and no you do not have to spend your money buying everything as we did. There are many move in rental properties, both houses and condos that are move in ready and renting for exceptionally low prices. I only spent some money on this one for my own comfortably and the owner agreed to reduce the rental payment until we are reimbursed. I hope this helps
