There are digitizers that plug into a vhs tape player and then to the computer that will convert the tape to an mp4 or mpg video file - this footage actually came from an 8mm camera then was put on a vhs tape then was converted to an mp4 file - it dates back to the late 1950s - Dad Prescott, Aaron Powell, cousins, mom and her sisters
