For me that would have turned into a bagel sandwich with butter and cream cheese on the toasted bagel with the sausage patties and cheese omelettes... hopefully there was salsa and/or hot sauce However (Hampton) aint got nothing on Marriotts members only breakfast...fresh fruit (meaning cut strawberries pineapple melon grapes watermelon), bacon, sausage, hash browns, omlette station, waffle and french toast plus all that stuff

The fruit is the only good thing here in terms of health and nutritional value. And these days, you can't even be too sure about that unless you grow it yourself. But I get it. I used to love the continental breakfasts too. You're on vacation or a business trip. So you just indulge, have fun, and take full advantage of all the free accommodations and amenities the hotels have to offer. I can't stomach all that sugary, processed stuff like I used to. I have some health conditions now, and they don't play nice on the playground with my body. Not gonna lie tho. I haven't stopped drinking coffee. I'm still a work in progress🤣🤣🤣
