About the male lions- when a male cub grows up in a pride with a male lion already, they either challenge the male lion to take over the pride, or leave/get kicked out and become a rogue lion and look for a new pride. Because many rogue lions end up dying seeing as females usually hunt in large groups, sometimes male rogues will form quasi-prides together in order to increase their chance of survival.

They are still most likely unsafe because sharks DO care for their young by protecting and even feeding them, but if they're lucky they're gonna be safe. anyway: release to wild, aquarium is worse

That brown water was likely for a fire suppression system. I doubt it was waste water since it appeared to be pressurized. Water in those pipes sometimes stagnates for years, turning brown and putrid, but usually not dangerous. The (probably metal) cover flying off was likely more dangerous than the brown water.

Well, given it blows air from the bathroom over your hands, I think using an air drier in a controlled environment, that isn't a public bathroom to me, personally, would be an invalid test.
