It's a very good thing that court proceedings are filmed and displayed in public...Appreciate Karnataka Court in this regard... It will help strengthen the pillar of democracy....All courts nationwide should follow this system for good.

What about courts going on 2 months vacation every year , when tonne's of cases are pending nation wide.??😢...That's a more serious issue than advct strike or something. At the time of British the judges took vacation to go England mainly to escape the scorching heat of India in the month of March etc..Now continuing that tradition without sound reason is ridiculous and obnoxious when hell a lot of cases are pending .

Bureaucrats should also learn from HC Judges. How meticulously judges go through the documents is what is to be learnt. Bureaucrats are well educated and this is what is expected of them for greater public welfare.

ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯಾವ ವಕೀಲರು ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅದೇ ಸರಿ ಎನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೇಳುವುದು "ಕಾನೂನು ಕತ್ತೆ ಇದ್ದಂತೆ ಅದು ಯಾವ ಕಡೆ ಎಳೆಯುತ್ತಾರೋ ಆ ಕಡೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು". ಕೆಳ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ತೀರ್ಪುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಪೀಲು ನ್ಯಾಯಯಗಳು ವ್ಯತಿರಿಕ್ತ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಂದ್ರೇ ಕೆಳನ್ಯಾಯಲವು ಮಾಡಿದ ತಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸದೇ ಇರುವುದು ಕಕ್ಷಿದಾರರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಲ್ಲವೇ? ಮೇಲಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೂಗಿನ ನೇರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ನೀಡಿ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ಗೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ಒತ್ತಡ ತರಬಹುದು. ಒಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದು ನ್ಯಾಯ ಮೊದಲಿನ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ನಿಯಮದಂತೆಯೇ ಇದೆ - "ಯಾರು ಸಮರ್ಥನೋ ಅವನು ಬದುಕಿ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತಾನೆ". ಒಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾನೂನು ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಕೆಲ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕ್ಲಿಯಾರಿಟಿ ಕೊಡದಿರುವುದೇ ಹೊಸ ಹೊಸ ಲಿಟಿಗೇಷನ್ಗೆ ದಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ತಲೆಗೊಂದು ಪಟ್ಟ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಗಳು ವರ್ತಿಸಿ ಭಾರತದ ನಾಗರೀಕನ್ನನ್ನು ಗೊಂದಲದಲ್ಲಿಡುವ ಬದಲು. ರಾಜ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ ತೀರ್ಮಾನದಂತೆ ಅಂತಿಮ ಮತ್ತು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಒಂದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕು. ಒಂದೇ ತರಹದ ಕೇಸ್ಗಳಿಗೆ ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರತಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ತನ್ನಿಷ್ಟದಂತೆ ಸಾವಿರ ತರಹದ ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡುವ ಪದ್ಧತಿ ಮೊದಲು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ನ್ಯಾಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾನತೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವೇಸ್ಟ್.
