2015 Ford F150 Water in door
Переглядів 3784 роки тому
A quick video to show viewers a simple and easy way to get water to drain from the interior door of the Ford F150 2015 (and possibly later models) crew cab.
I normally don't like daisy chaining wires and pigtails are preferred but this is just too much for no reason. Daisy chain the line (black) side and direct the other side.
Awesome
My blower has red black and yellow wires coming from it..which 2 will work for 110vac
Thanks
Can this work for a central air conditioning unit fan?
What is the correct wiring, I have the same motor and bought the same switch to go along with your video.
If you go to around the 3 minute mark in the video, that's where I start explaining the wiring and the switch. Basically, you need to create wiring pigtails on the 1, 3, 5, and 7 terminals on the "hot" side of the switch - then, connect those "hot" side pigtails to the black wire from your power cord. The white wire from the power cord connects directly to the white (neutral) wire from the fan motor. Then, wire each of the four colored wires to the 2, 4, 6, and 8 terminals on your switch to correspond to the fan blower motor's speeds. Typically, black=high-speed, yellow=medium-high speed, blue or brown=medium-low speed, and red=low speed.
@@VThokieman86 I assume this is the correct configuration: TERMINAL 7|8 - HIGHEST - BLACK TERMINAL 5|6 - YELLOW TERMINAL 3|4 -BLUE TERMINAL 1|2 - LOWEST - RED
@@fostergreenrealestate yes, that is correct.
I have a blower with capacitor and it runs for 10 seconds then cuts off what could be the problem
How do I fix 1 that has a compositor has red black blue smaller pinkish wire
Most of these fans are 220. Are you running it on 110? That may limit the life time of the fan?
This is a 110VAC blower motor. The only 220VAC circuits that I have in my house are the circuit for an electric clothes dryer, and two outdoor circuits for the AC condenser/compressor units.
Gas furnace blowers are 110v / 115v. Electric furnace blowers are 220v / 240v.
Mine is a 208v 220v* can I still run it? Need some direction...
a 4 square box has that raised hump on the lower left back wall that is designed for a ground screw
Thank you so much I build my own shop fan thanks to your direction 🙏🏾 you really ar a patient person to teach God blasé you!
