Hi, great question. What you are looking for is a conditional order bump. Right now, you cannot hide the order bump based on condition. However, the upsell can be hidden if the product has already been purchased.

@@smilewithroshni2494 Hi, "abandoned cart" term means when someone leaves the checkout page without completing the order, i.e., the product is still in the cart. This will be automatically tracked if you have it enabled in Mail Mint. And then, you can create an automation workflow to send out recovery emails.

Hi thanks for your suggestion. We already have integration with Elementor's forms. So you can use Elementor or Mail Mint's form to collect leads, either one is fine. The reason to collect leads in Mail Mint is to have the opportunity to then run email automation campaigns, segment leads, or send out personalized campaigns later. Collecting them in a CSV means you would have to manually upload the leads again when trying to send out emails, and there would be no automated emails. @@WPFunnels its all good I keep my fingers on the volume knob now. But I do have some questions. The short codes for the checkout don't seem to be working properly. Also for the abandoned cart feature it takes the user to my "main" woocommerce checkout page instead of the one in the funnel. And it seems to leave out the email address automatically as well. It adds the product correctly.

Meanwhile, the abandoned cart feature from Mail Mint is integrated with WooCommerce and not WPFunnels. So here, the best way would be to use the same page template on the default checkout page as you used in your funnel. You may check if your page builder allows you to save a page as a template for re-use. If yes, save the checkout page from WPFunnels there, and then use it in place of the default checkout, except replace the WPFunnels Checkout widget/block with the default checkout widget/block. Regarding the email address, we will run some tests to find out. And get back to you on the matter. Thanks.

We had a certain limitation which is why we had to keep them this way. The widgets won't work unless placed on specific pages, however, the builder doesn't allow us to hide them according to the page. We will of course look to improve this in the future. Thanks.

Hi Jon, this is a Premium feature. You will need Mail Mint Pro to be able to use it. Also, if you have saved your form on a published page, then it will appear in the drop-down. Hi, yes, you can use the conditional steps to create this. So, for checkout enable condition and set the condition as "Order bump is accepted" Then as per the journey, when it's true, direct the user to a thank you step. And if its false, direct user to an Upsell page with the same product offer.

@@WPFunnels it's just an idea in my mind, and it's so easy to design storefrot mockups and laign the product images with it, and to understand more it works like upper frame any Photoshop or any other editing software can do that, and may be you make can make upper storefont frame mockup and users can upoad any picture or textute photo to be unique mokcup and product photo will be alway under this mokcup layer.

Actually, no Indian payment gateways allow reference transaction ID for one-click upsell. But the upsell we currently have is quite effective as well.

​@@WPFunnels Hi, I think the person above is referring to your sound levels. If you are using DaVinvi Resolve (free video editing software), make sure to normalize your audio levels. Your music is way too loud compared to your voice so people have to change the volume manually to hear you. Hope that helps!
