I can remember when you used to see dozens of cats on Enoshima Island. However I've noticed that their numbers have dropped drastically over the past 5 years or so.

One of the coolest places I've visited Kamakura , So many things to do around the local area and especially nice during Hydrangea season and if you love Anime you'll want to visit and go on the Endoden Train to the famous train station / crossing.

Gorgeous, what a beautifully shot video. I've had Kawagoe on my 'must visit for the day' list (same as Mariko Gonda's rose garden about 1 hour's drive north of Tokyo) but I've never visited either. Videos like this re-energise me and convince me to include Kawagoe on my itinerary later this year (as well as a cup of tea on a rainy spring day at Madam Gonda's home). The first time I flew to Japan I watched 'Fly Me to The Saitama' on the plane and laughed my head off, feeling excited and going 'oh my god-- this is where I'm going!! I'm going to Tokyo!' I was so excited. Japan has exceeded every expectation I ever had and each trip is better than the last. I suspect 99% of people feel the exact same way. If anybody who chances upon my comment here hasn't seen the film and they like something light and silly DEFINITELY watch the movie trailer and see what you think. I love you Japan! 💌🥰
