Thanks for this talk! Although I always wonder Hobbes is just not limited to Political Philosophy only. I feel he is more of a sociologist too. Contracts between one with one and one with all is also an essential part to serve in formation of society as any form of treachery in contracts so formed can be disastrous for the society and the drivers which led to it's formation.

Listening to this interview is like going back in time for me. Debating tendencies in the CW, real nostalgia. Back in the 80s, as a teenaged anarchist, I got involved with the Berrigans and the CW, then converted to Catholicism, read Guardini and Ratzinger and Communio, etc. Tried to find a way to live out the vision, failed. Was forced to reassess my life many times over. Eventually realized all that was a dead end, left the Church. So I see you doing this and I want to warn you of the dangers ahead.
