60 lbs!!! Wow. Love fried okra.
Gorgeous garden.Nice share.💚
Amen to the rest of the body and mind❤
Wow! Your garden is fantastic ❤
Beautiful garden!
Your garden still looks amazing!
I dry sage and then bind it - sometimes with lavender - by hand into smudge sticks, ideal for cleansing your space.
@@catevanscuisine it sounds interesting! Cleansing it from? Haven't heard of this.
@@growjoyfullyhomestead things like negativity and stale energy. xxx
Your garden looks fab, even the crops you aren't 100% happy with. It's wet n windy here in Thanet UK. It will rain most days now until next spring. I dislike the "marine climate" here immensely.
I'm so sorry! It was 95 degrees (35 degrees Celsius) here yesterday!
@@growjoyfullyhomestead wow! That's hot. I like a warm ambient temperature, perhaps around 70C. xxx
I think everything looks great! Take it easy and rest some.
❤
You indeed have been blessed with a mammoth garden harvest that just wants to keep giving to you 🥰So rest well my friend and don't worry about tomorrow because today's worries are enough. Great garden tour and thanks for sharing ❤
❤
Wow 🤩 going /growing strong into September 👍👍👍👍👍👍
❤even with the disaster story, the heat, and the fatigue…your garden is still beautiful. I understand about keeping up the land. I plan to do a Hail Mary during this 58 degree week and finally get the yard cleaned for the winter.
❤
Lovely share

Awesome video. Love seeing your garden and your herbs are beautiful.
😂❤
Early mornings in the garden are the best. Impressive sage!
Little successes in the garden are exciting 🎉
Oooooh, that sage does look gorgeous😍
This is what homesteading looks like 😊😊❤❤❤
😅😅😳
Yup, a typical day
I love sage I think the sage is such a pretty plant ❤
Your herbs are beautiful. I gave my sage to my sister who use it in dressing.
I love herbs! Lavender is my favorite
You need thyme planted with your parsley and sage😅
@@lifeonthefringe4436 I know! I tried several times! I planted it in that order just for fun! The thyme did not cooperate!
Wow, your sage looks beautiful!
Your sage plants look great and nice that you can harvest so many. You might consider packing a mason jar about 1/2 way with sage and filling the remainder with olive oil to infuse into the oil. I use sage for poultry dishes mainly but goes well in a marinade. I primarily use it in massage oils or diffuse it for inhaling during stressful times. There is a difference between sage and clary sage.
@@AlmostaGreenAcre-zs5eu awesome! Thanks!
I love the smell of sage.i even used it for my arrangement. Love it for chicken.❤
I put sage (or poultry seasoning) in my meatloaf. I often make my own breakfast sausage using sage. My favorite vegetable dish is spaghetti squash baked, then sautéed in brown butter and fried sage leaves with parmesan and toasted pine nuts.
This is great!
Such a great sentiment, the next generations are very important. Children that grow close to the ground, grow straight, as my grandmother used to say 🙏🙏🙏
Congratulations to the children for growing food.❤😊 Lovely harvest❤
Wow ❤
I agree. The food chain is already showing signs of failing. We have so many recalled and strange food anomalies. Children need to be taught how to care for themselves. Thank you for sharing.❤

Lovely fruiting...nice updates... Great 👍
Nothing like fresh garden vegetables! So good. New sub here.
@@FlatBrokeMeals Welcome!

Congratulations to your grandson. 🎉
I'm with you ..I get so excited about things in the garden 😊 awww your grandchildren are growing things and excited about it 😊 I know that made your day.
@@RenaesSecretgarden love you honey ❤️
Round of applause for your grandson!! Good job! Yup, I'll be passing down this knowledge.
Wow! Such a beautiful harvest! Very well done! I'm now craving some kind of tomato salad! The peppers look amazing! Your grandkids are so clever and resourceful! They will continue the legacy in gardening and self-sufficiency. ❤
@@catevanscuisine ❤️
What a wonderful harvest!!❤
I could hear your smile when you spoke about the 3 beautiful green peppers bringing you joy So rewarding when kids learn from their parents or grandparents how to live a happy sustainable life ❤Not all children are so fortunate and grow into adults that struggle in many of the areas you mentioned so it's important to pass along this knowledge to your sphere of influence.
@@AlmostaGreenAcre-zs5eu ❤️
The harvest is phenomenal 😊. Congratulations on the bell peppers. Children growing is awesome. I plan to teach my Great Nephew. He’s only 1. My little 4 year old cousin grew 1 green bean plant and got a harvest ❤.
@@que-stead-que1717 so precious!
Great harvest. ❤thanks for sharing.😊
Great harvest. And I completely agree with you. I cannot show my grandson to grow any fruit or vegetables but he does help me with the plants in my apartment and also he knows how to do his laundry and do some cooking we have to teach them young😊 and he's only 15 and my only grandchild
