I added some gain and phaser on my acoustic. Tried to stand out a bit, so you can at least hear I am trying my best to play along. 😅 The tuning gives a constant drone, like a sitar. I love experimenting with these things. 2025 is gonna be a fun year. I highly recommend trying tunings other than standard.

Back story: Tea Party is maybe the most famous rock band to come out of my little city in Windsor Ontario Canada. 3 piece band. Almost like The Doors and Morrison, or Zeppelin in his style, psychedelic stuff and eastern vibes. Often using odd tunings, Sitar, other unique instruments. They got pretty big in the 90s. Very cool stuff.

I mean, we all know the song. Its a classic. Hear it in movies, commercials. I love trying new genres, ideas. Playing the funky triad rhythm chords was fun. Plus, you can rock this song up as heavy as u want. Funky soul jam! Literally came up in a commercial during Sunday football. So here we are. Needed to do it. 😅
