At the May 20, 2024 meeting, we celebrated with our end of year party and Annual Members Contest. Lois Thornhill came up with a great theme for this year’s contest “Sights from Around the World”. We had 26 artists bring a wonderful collection of pieces. Voting for the winners was no small task!
We had great attendance again with 63 participants: 47 in-person members, 10 members by Zoom and 6 guests. Thank you to everyone for joining the fun!
Door prize winners were: Amy Thompson, Carol Blackwood and Karen Larrabee.
Note: Attendance at this meeting counts toward Member in Good Standing (MIGS*) for entry into the Annual Juried Show and MIGS for entry into the Winter Still Hopes Juried Show. *MIGS = Members in Good Standing = Members who have attended at least 3 meetings in order to be eligible for the next juried show.
