what hardware is included? 600 series or 800?
The pack that I got only had the shells, heads, tom holders for cymbal stands, and drum shell parts like lugs, rims, and floor tom legs. All the other hardware is sold seperately. My pack has a 10, 12, 14 by 14, and 16 by 16 floor toms. It also includes the tomahawk metal snare.

I'm assuming you're fairly new to drum tuning, take the moon gels off and learn to tune with an open drum. Small turns of the key, and always tune up to the pitch you want. Doing it the way you are will set you back years, when it comes to tuning. I wasted a decade doing the same thing. Patience and small turns. Learn to tune the bottom head, 90 % of the time, it's the bottom head that needs tuned.
