I got so heated with Ram, I don't think you were in the wrong. You had good positioning and regrouped when necessary. Unlike your tank who kept pushing with no health since they were out of reach for you to heal! You played really well!

Really great movement! Some little tweaks that might help you as you climb ranks: 1. Mercy has very low healing output. And with the healing reduction after taking dmg from a dps character, trying to heal your team members through a fight has a lot less utility than damage boosting. I notice that you’re defaulting to heals a little too often, especially when your teammates are almost full health but doing dmg. I promise, I know it feels weird not to heal a teammate taking damage, but if you prioritize dmg boosting, you’ll see your teammates living more one on ones!! You should aim for a 60/40 dmg boost to healing ratio. Heal after they’ve killed their target or have moved behind cover!! 2. Avoid doing too many aimless super jumps and slingshots. It can leave you vulnerable to being dove by DVAs, Tracers, etc. because of the longer cool down, or to being shot in the air when you’re playing against DPS like Cass, Widow, Soj in higher ranks who will focus you as mercy and have better aim. We can get away with these things in lower ranks but it can be hard to break the habits when you start climbing!
