Yes, the visuals also deteriorate when going to native. A lot more visual noise and sometimes a little bit of film grain. The silhouette of the trees in the distance also looked distorted. This is WITHOUT changing any other setting. I imagine tinkering with the settings would get rid of the noise effect etc but I havent tested that yet.

I got it with a 7700x. At 1440p, Native AA + FG, always above 100 fps, epic setting. Haven't tried with FSR but should be better.
