First of all thank you for watching. Second thanks for the insight. My son tells me this all the time. I've been on the speaker circuit for years and took some time off so that I can buckle down on building my team and providing inside to my organization. But he's been telling me that people want to hear from leaders on how to get into the industry and those in the industry want to hear about how to get into leadership. Technology leadership is hard because there is no natural line of business for us. If you think there is room on UA-cam for this type content, I will put something together.

I have been working in IT for the last 25 years believe me any mentorship to get to that level is welcome. The IT industry is quite complex and crowded to stand up

That price sounds about right. But during I purchased the during the days leading up Memorial Day. Many resellers were running specials. I copped for around $1600 usd from Backyard Oasis. BBQ Guys also had "warehouse" deals on it for around the say price. Honestly, considering the price of most of the more well-known upper tier kamado's, it fell in line. Lastly, some places like Amazon, backyard oasis, and barbecue guys will allow you to use Afterpay or Affirm.

There's stuff out there, but you will have to look. Once you find something, I have learned to reach out to the vendor's customer support chat or help line to ensure they have the product. BBQ guys, Kick Ass grills, and Backyard Oasis are my current leaders in the club house. They have been the most reliable.

@@Digitalmedia4less In the business we call that a "desktop replacement." That term has evolved a lot. We used to use that term to refer to a giant 17"+ "portable" computer. Conversely, this computer would have classic considered an ultrabook. Now, we have a great ultraportable desktop replacement. Interesting.

And it's still a great car. I know the guys that @donut panned and called it bored in a recent video, but I could disagree more.

My pleasure. I've been coveting this kamado for a while but at the time it came out it was slightly above my price range, and I had a working Kamado. Fast forward to now, situation is a little different and I ran to the same problem that you did. I couldn't find any recent information or content regarding this Kamado with the exception of @casknque. I find this surprising, as it is a beautiful piece of barbeque art and a marvelous cooker. This weekend i did everything from fish to burgers. Very pleased so far...

I did my first cool today and it is a hell of a machine. First impressions, I highly recommend. Be sure to do it now. I think Blaze has low-key discontinued the model, but not said anything. Accessories are hard to come by. It is a beast. Posting the video soon.

@@buicklimited1976 Yeah, I noticed the price drop about a month ago. It was listed as a Memorial Day special. I himmed and haw'ed then finally pulled the trigger. It was comparable to many other Top Name Kamado models, like the Kamado Joe Konnected and the Everdure 4K 21". I even consider the Golden Kamado. But this... This is the one.

Great question. I am not experiencing any wobble with either screen. It is something that I will keep an eye on and when and if I do the follow up review or update I will make a point to point that out if it's something that occurs.

Not as much as you would think. The screens are OLED, so the screen is shiny. I haven't used it much outdoors, but may I will do an update on outdoor performance. My office next to a window both in my home office and my work office, so reflections have not been a problem. In sum, no there has not been a noticeable amount of reflection so far and it is my daily driver.

I guess. I can only speak for me and my experience. Mileage may vary for others Vision Grills owners.😮 In fairness, the ask tray is at the absolute bottom, below the firebox, so it is doubtful that the rust fumes are reaching the food at the top.

​@@philwebb67 Cool. I was referring to the external housing. Most internal substructures are magnesium, aluminum, or both. It is an amazing rig, especially for the price. I am not sure how they are pulling a profit.

Hi. This system is the 💣! I upgraded it by adding doubling the RAM and quadrupling the storage. I use it everyday things, desktop publishing, photo and video editing, and of course smooth gaming. It chews through whatever games I throw at it. You think I should do an update video?

Because of the movie the Hunted with tommy lee jones and benicio del toro. He carries a tom brown trapper. Theyre awesome blades. Very expemsive and high quality for survival. But im assuming that has a great deal to do with it ? 🤔

@@Yontevenknow420 nope. Again, the knife in this video is calles the Gator Back 30 years old. My now wife, found out that I collect knives when we started dating and bought for my birthday. It has nothing to do with The Hunted, though it is an underrated movie. He uses the Tracker knife the movie.

That is ideal, the TV is also technically too small for the size of my room. The wall alone is 17ft with viewing distance from the seated viewing position of roughly 19ft. But, compromises were made for the overall experience. It at this height so that it viewable from the multiple rooms in the floor plan in my home, the kitchen, dining room, and living room. I hope that you have your mounted at the ideal height for viewing in your home. Thank for viewing.

Three - four days total. I used the Veterans Day weekend. Day 1 was the painting. It may not come across on camera, but it s big wall. Since I used dark paint over light and I had a good one coat paint, it was a single shot. Day 2 was Wood. I let the paint dry overnight and touched up hot spots. I cut the wood to the desired size and framed out the wall. This is not a necessary step, and I was on the fence, but to me, it added a more finished look. After framing, I started chopping and nailing. I used 2 in brad nails. The design is completely random. The wife didn't want straight lines, so I just threw it up there. It is more custom than way. After the nailing, I filled in the holes, sanded smooth, and caulk the seams. Once dried, we painted the wood and seams. One caveat here, I should have used an oil based for the wood, as wood is porous and absorb the water based latex paint. It means, it required a little more paint. I like the overall looks, as it finished in more of a matte, adding more contrast and texture to the wall. Day 3 was touch up and TV backlight. I added the extra day for fussing with the Govee camera placement. Also, if you need to prime.

It is easy. You must rotate it like in the instructions. Please refer to them.

Are you saying you're Model 3 looks better than a G-Wagon? Of course, it is faster, but it doesn't look better, it does have the same build quality or prominence. Good on you tho.

@@shepherdsknoll actually, batteries and electric motors predate ICE motors a s gasoline. Those Volta is credited with battery as we know it from 1800, there are examples of batteries in tombs, the most notable being the Baghdad battery, made date back to 100 to 300 AD, making it nearly a thousand years old or so. The electric motor dates back to 1821 (Faraday), though, again there are even more primitive examples.

@@MatthewParksSr , hey Matthew, I know the rough history of the automobile too. What the chronological technological order is irrelevant. The current sophistication of both engine and motor technology is more important. The ice engine requires roughly 2500 moving parts to operate, it has reached its peak in it’s development, even if it hasn’t, it is dependent upon taking carbon from the ground and releasing it into the atmosphere- pure madness! The current state of the electric motor (18 moving parts) and its power source (batteries) is still evolving, but has reached a very sophisticated stage. I’ve been driving for 55 years, had four Porsches and two Mercedes , none of them held a candle to the current state of a Tesla. The sophistication of a Tesla literally runs circles around any ice - AND IT’S THE RIGHT THING TO DO ! At 70 yrs old, I can tell you it’s not years that make you old - it’s holding on to old ideas that make you old.

@@shepherdsknoll Since we are high capping about, I've been in technology for nearly 30 years, and have many technology industry certifications, so understanding new ideas not foreign, in fact, it is literally my job. But, I also don't ignore what is for was can be, but is not yet. I don't have a problem with electric cars, just have differing POV. They are obviously the future. But, that battery/electric motor combination currently doesn't have the same energy density of gasoline. That is a matter of measured, imperical fact, which one of the reasons for the lingering inhibitor of wide scale adoptions, well, besides price, range anxiety. The weight to HP ratio contributes to a main leaching factor of said range. Tesla's are the Honda or Toyota of electric cars. The 2 gents that founded Tesla were geniuses. My main issue is that Tesla has sound cars in a price range, until recently, that demand higher build quality than they have delivered. Their design language is also boring and they interiors are spartan. The Model 3s interior makes a lots of compromises compared to other vehicles, ICE or EV, in the same price range. I am excited to see the EVs from other manufacturers. Best of luck to you. Congratulations on reaching 70.
