A mindset tool that I have been using for a while is to think of yourself as a house. You are more than those negative thoughts. You have to believe you are a house and in that house you have to keep to clean, neat and tidy.
Negative thoughts come from the enemy and sometimes we abuse ourselves into thinking we are not ‘good enough’ stop listening to those thoughts and listen to the truth.
What is the truth? The truth is you a great person, you are loved and cared for. You are beautiful and amazing. So stop listening to that small tiny voice in your head that tells you to give up, to hurt and abuse yourself.
You are a beautiful creation made by the hands of God why are we tearing ourselves apart. We should be building our lives to go after that future women or man!
This mindset tool has helped me understand myself more in a deeper way and it has brought me far.
