Hi! I am Dr. Dhakeswar Singh Potsangbam, Professor and Head ENT, in Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, Manipur, INDIA. I have created this channel to help people live healthy and successful lives. In this hectic world, many people suffer from many lifestyle related diseases like hypertension, heart diseases, diabetes, anxiety, depression, obesity and cancer. We always expect magical cure from a doctor. But the real magic lies in you. Achieving "Good health" is in your hands. As a medical student, I read long hours and slept for 3-4 hours a night, in my teenage and early twenties. After I joined service, I became overweight from work tensions, overeating and lack of exercise. I started doing exercise to keep myself fit from my late twenties. Now in my 55+ years of age, I am athletic fit, strong & full of energy. This channel is my guide to your quest for good health.
