Our mission is for every child in Palm Beach County to be ready to succeed in school and life.

To fulfill this mission, we implement a wide range of programs and services to ensure that all children have access to high-quality early childhood education. As a local 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, we are funded through state and federal dollars; in addition, we receive local funding through a partnership with the Children’s Services Council.

The Coalition offers Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R), a FREE and confidential service considered the front door for family services in Palm Beach County. CCR&R provides information about state-funded early learning programs such as School Readiness, Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK), Head Start, and Early Head Start. Our specialists can help you find quality child care and connect you with other community resources.
