@kiahkim3 I love this comment! Getting stuck meditating may be the best thing that can happen. You get to turn inward and self observe all of your personal judgments and transform them into healthy habits.
@ nah. I wouldn’t want my body stuck in a coma. I gots plans. I used to meditate when I was younger like 22-26 but my souls felt like it was floating and I got scared and open my eyes. Shot back into my body and jumped up. My ex husband was looking at me like I was crazy I knew I couldn’t say what happened. But I’d be terrified of losing control and demons running me and ruining my life. Nah. I be too scared of that kinda stuff. I remember back when I was doing that yoga though I doubt the two are connected 😭😭 I used to be afraid to go to the bathroom at night cuz I thought it was a witch hiding in my bathtub
No way bro it’s a better way. Stretching is cool but I heard if u do them yoga poses u can get a demon. I think it’s called a khoondalini python spirit.

@@nomoretrauma what’s a asana? A pose? And idk. I went to a yoga class once or twice for rehab and did a few online. All I know is down dog.

@ lol no no no I can’t. I just stretch regular. I belong to Jesus now. I don’t play with that stuff no more. Just regular work outs. I still meditate and weird stuff still happens but I feel more in control now. When u meditate do u see like clips in head?

The difference is I am human and not ment for those conditions, otherwise I would thrive under those conditions and would not suffer trauma from those things. All the helpful wise saying in the world won't fix and don't help.

Maybe going deeper to see if there is any attachment to the outcome? Most humans also agree that they may not do well under those conditions and shouldn't have to. What are you even talking about? Playing around on a rug won't "heal PTSD". If you think that you have had PTSD and think that yoga healed it then I'm sorry to say that you never had any PTSD to heal in the first place.

You're right, playing around on a rug might not heal PTSD however, a beautiful practice called yoga, or movement in general can indeed have healing benefits that reduce Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Case studies by The Psychology Association since the late 1980s have proven to impact GABA levels and bring the back PTSD symptoms (homeostasis).
