You can skip meals. I have found many people skip breakfast. The goal is to get the drops in 3 times a day so still take them even if you don't eat a meal.

​@@peavy25 It has been a process of changes for me in terms of eating. I tried to make healthy choices at first and as I saw my appetite change and my cravings change, eating off the preferred foods list became easier. At this point, my cravings are completely different and I desire healthy foods! I should do a video talking about it 😊

Not all, no stimulants in the drops! I don't personally deal well with those😂

​@@staceyroop5332what is in the drops, I'm very skeptical because 99.9 percent of these are scams . As someone that has dieted and worked out, since I was and now I'm 35. I have created several diet plans for people and have been a personal trainer. The best results are from diet, fasting and exercise. Most people won't see results until after around a month or more when your body becomes metabolically flexible and your body learns to burn fat. I suggest people just stick to staying active and eating healthy and in moderation.

Each chapter has what I would call a geography highlight. Just enough to cover the general location that is discussed in that chapter and then some current stats of dimensions and population density. We have loved the depth of history that is covered by showing how Christianity spread in each area and the impact that it had, as well as, sharing what the religious climate is like now.
