I have a related problem with a GV650 efi, when you turn ignition on you hear a whirring (solenoids I think) at that point I know the bike will start, however over 50% of the time noe whirring at this point I know it won't start, turns over but not start, seems a safety problem, hence have replaced side stand switch, done bypass on clutch switch, replace starter solenoid, tos sensor, but still persists, any ideas would be welcomed, not used it for 5yrs for fear of happening when I'm out, odd time it works, starts instantly and I warm it up all good. Grrr...

What oil filter did you put in ?

You wouldn't happen to know how to change the speedometer from kmh to mph on this particular bike?

My Hyesung motorcycle, I was walking on the road, and suddenly the speed slowed down, and then I felt that it was going to turn off, and then it increased the speed, all of this with itself, so what does it mean? Does the steam box for oil and air need to be cleaned, or do spark plugs need to be replaced?

Literally took mines apart and forgotten which wire connects where 😢

Tip over sensor between battery and coolant bottle also throws bike into Fi mode. Mine was corroded. This sensor is prone to water if bike left outside. Fixed mine, bike now fine.....for now GT650R 2012

The cooling fan was off, so I don’t know the mechanic here what to do. He turned it on, but the f1 sign was shown and the lamp does not always light up after operation, and the radiator is very hot, as it is always so hot that it has holes for water smuggling and the holder of the bike was working when I download it now it does not work without it I raise the entire stand except for the upper position, so what is this please?

I get an F1 mark on the screen and there is no mechanic here that understands haysong and I always notice a hole cut in the water radiator and I repair it and it repeats. Now how do I fix the f1 and find out the error please send me the method because there is no mechanic here who understands haysong please

Just had my speedo (GT650) go dead after going along a rough gravel road. Turned out to be entirely mechanical. The driving tab washer only has a very thin engagment with the magnet ring. When the thrust washers wear thin the magnets might not be rotating. Also the seal is crap & can contribute to it jamming up. I put in an extra washer to remove the slack & bent the seal a bit. Just did a 500k trip & it is still working at no cost.

can i just take the power from the battery?, i've got a ctek charger plug (trickle charger) fitted on the bike.

As soon as you turned the machine on the the generator will kick in and that will cause the volts to go higher I believe 🧐 mine goes from 12.80 to 14.+

So I just got the factory tester in the mail because my 2016 gtr was constantly blinking FI every few seconds. Tested it and it said no code, after more research it’s normal for the F1 to do that which I think is dumb! I will make a video if requested tomorrow

hey guys ...i hav a hyosung gt 650..it fails to crank with the spark plugs on.and the positive terminal gets really hot..i also burnt the previous battery terminal..however wen i removed the spark plugs out..the engine did crank..my battery is good and so is the solenoid n wiring..could u pls help

13.30 v is good for charging please tell I have seen in other videos it gose to 14v

Why did you not drain the oil and then do the filter after all the oil was drained?

Hi, steel not good, Hyosung is specifying 13.5 V-15V at 5k rpm in their book.

This is why you don't use soldered joints for wiring! the resistance of the joint means your reading is incorrect!

I just brought a bike like yours a couple of days ago I knew it didn't work it crank's over but will not start could be the gas because I don't know how long it has been of the road and how long the gas has been in there any ideas why it won't start thanks

Hi, recently my Hyosung GT 250 EFI showed me a C25 error and it didn't start. After changing the ignition coil N.2 I solved the problem but now, sometimes (like before) it stops running when I change gear from 2 to 1 or sometimes when I'm in queue, waiting, in neutral gear. Any suggestion?

I need to change my fuel injectors for my Hyosung gt250 but I don't know what they look like, the mechanic I go to say they need to be changed if you could do a video on what they are and how to switch them out that would be great mate.
