About to do my 2013 timing chains on my ecoboost. All i need is the 4 sprockets, bolts, and timing chain, and tensioner? I would like to save some money and not buy all brand new rails and tensioners and things like that. Thanks

Just did all 4 balljoints and a leveling kit on my f150! I got some 2-4 inch lift upper control arms and it rides like a dream! Anyone considering doing this job just do it! These trucks are really easy to work on, and you wont regret it!

I looked a picture of the ford transit 250 and found out I have a eco boost 3.5 I knew it had power but that a suprised is it cost a lot more fir that engine.

Do you have a parts kit? And were those stock control arms? I have a 1.5 inch level as well and this looks like what i want to do with my build.

I believe you installed the rear shocks upside down the boot should be towards the top.

5.4 triton is the best engine of cam phasers have been replaced. Their dam near bulletproof

2014 with 130,000 miles. Ive changed the vac pump and both valve covers. Im wanting to clean my valves. I noticed you put the intake on last. So is taking the intake off fairly easy to access the valves? What about walnut blasting them? I cant find anyone around here that does that.

Wonderful work sir. I have a 2015 with a 3.5 with about 195k truck still looks good and I do my best to keep it running great. I am going to see if I can get 400 miles. Wish me luck
