I'm just catching up on these and wanted to comment on "Don't get caught staring" that motion from The Bear (rubbing a closed fist on your chest in a circle) is actually the sign in American Sign Language for "sorry/I apologize". So when Carmy is doing that he's apologizing lol. But it also works as a way to let stuff resonate! I also vibe with not dwelling too hard on the past and doing what you can to not get stuck on things that happened to you, because of you do you'll get "caught staring" and end up missing your present and missing out on planning for/enjoying the future. ❤

I really liked the segment about "Don’t Get Caught Starring". That resonated. So much can happen in a short period of time that can change people. Makes you realize that every moment we experienced with someone was a unique one because it happened in a specific situation that might affected the way they were feeling at the moment giving a feeling to the experience. Things change all the time as well as people but i do think there are some "things" that don't and is also a good thing too. You dont want to get caught in a spiral of change that will make you forget where you come from and what you stand for, especially when you are feeling lost. Yin-yang.

4:38 I think many times we go "out of our way" because it's just a pattern that we probably been following as society. I remember when insulting people by calling them names was "funny" not because they meant it but because it was the thing to say then. Even in movies you will hear these name calling and back then it was probably funny but then it started getting a bit serious because of all the bullying that was happening to the people that identified as and i personally think as always, we started to form groups to "side and fight" each other. The media, as usual, started to pick on this and with the internet exploiting in the last 10-15 years in the social sector , i feel these issues were inevitable. I think we are still adapting to the fact that we are more connected than ever and yet we feel the most disconnected and probably because we are learning that there is a lot of people from different backgrounds and every country, community, family and individual is going to have different beliefs but i think if we want to avoid things like this, everything boils down to being understanding, listening more and do good for others because if everyone adapts this mentality, you would feel good expecting that from others too.

regarding all the things you have in your plate. Dont forget to acknowledge and feed from every small accomplishment. I know locking in your goals can be stressful and distract you from enjoying the moment. Thanks for always sharing positive vibes!💪

its funny the title of your video and the when you talked about looking for time to read but i get what you say when you say you are exhausted by the end of the day. its been probably a month now since I started reading the bible with my wife and we have covered 4 books of it now.
