It’s hard to feel sorry for the people that are making excuses as to why they can’t leave or won’t leave. Shelters are set up, if you are disabled there are numbers in every area and county you can call for help. There are shuttles, free busses that are helping to transport people. There are people on all the local Facebook pages willing to help. Pack a bag, some food, meds, documents, your comfort items fit in a bag and leave. Should have been leaving from yesterday. It’s better to be uncomfortable in a shelter or sleeping in your car in a safe area and alive than dead because you are stubborn. We are on The treasure coast, no evacuation orders, we know the areas that flood, anywhere is prone to flooding i mean this is Florida after all. We are prepared.
