Why my truck f150 2013 3.7 XL doesn't have the sensor there, it has one under the manifold ? Is the same?

Oye estoy acá en México tengo una f150xl 2011 motor 3.7 y ya le cambié el termostato y sigue subiendo la temperatura mas de lo normal y los abanicos no se apagan, entonces pienso que puede ser el bulbo de temperatura que está dañado pero nose donde está ubicado?
Amigo alomejor es el termostato!
