Very cute family you have. I use olaplex products and it makes my hair very soft. As far as the sugar is concerned, try making spa water with fresh fruit and or cucumber. You did amazing Caitlin....I remember getting emotional with all 3 of my boys and I had the epic shakes after giving birth for all 3..it was like the room was freezing but it wasnt....side effects of the epi maybe!!!!!.....the epi worked for the 1st and 3rd son but my middle son I practically felt everything but I recovered so much faster..was showering and felt great afterwards....but I'm done having kiddos so no chance of trying natural birth lol ....I turn 54 today lol...but I LOVED the whole process..being pregnant, giving birth and of course raising my beautiful boys.....You guys are fantastic parents and Nate and Ryland are so lucky.....❤....you are truly blessed....I hope you are doing well and enjoying boy mama hood second time around....im so proud of you .....take care luv you guys ❤.....look forward to future vlogs,watching both boys growing up together ❤

Honestly I know as a fact growing up on military bases the weekends vehicle washing duty. You vehicle will be well upkeep. Most bases you.probably know this already the auto skills shop.

Now on the new car try too avoid the automatic car wash. If on base the rules permits hand washing vehicles to for it. Why? Automatic car washing machine I do understand the convenience however the spinner bristles are rough on the exterior vehicle finish. There's always a remote possibility a small rock or something abrasive can get stuck in the spinner bristles and scratch the finish of your vehicle
