Hello my question is while designing packaging for a client is it necessary to only use illustrator I mean should we only design vector format designs?
No actually, I most times use multiple applications for projects like this, it totally depends your design style.

Font size is relative, it totally depends on the size of the package designed and what you want to accentuate. So you can use your discretion but make sure the small text size are not less than 6points for visibility purpose

Please what tool did you use to remove the chips background and smoothen the chips so the edges don’t look cut out?
I used the subject selection tool to remove background then either the eraser or brush tool over a layer mask to clean up edges

brother i want to ask you something: sometimes i don't want to show the full elements inside the bag so i leave parts of it out and is there a way to make everything outside the bag disappear/be invisible ?
Do you mean using layer mask or clipping mask to hide elements?
@@omos_ogala no i mean like anything outside the bag or any part of element outside the bag is to be invisible (i don't know how to do it) i used clipping mask but it caused a lot mistakes and errors

I will pick the text and picture layout from the 7mins (which took u 3mins to come up with)... the logo from the 145mins (which took you 6mins ), then the color combo and effects from the 30mins (which took you 5mins) Total time spent 14mins 😊😊😊.... yummy
