Which were the best markets?

I lived in Germany for 11 years and they are the best and of course genuine Christmas markets and so much better than the so called UK ones. When we were there ( not sure if it's still the same ?) the sausages were horse meat but very nice . I loved living in Germany and the lovely German citizens.
