The red lines could have been waiting areas for the next batch of people in human smuggling. I grew up in Dallas and there are places like this that look closed but have the same red lines and guess what.... That's exactly what they were used for in some cases. One box was for adults men and women. And the other was for anyone boy or girl under 18. It's scary to think all this was largely considered a conspiracy theory until just a few years ago.
