Erin Patten - Metaphysical Master
Erin Patten is a trailblazer in the field of organizational healing and metaphysical leadership. With a Master's degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Master's in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, she seamlessly blends academic rigor with metaphysical principles. Patten's multifaceted background includes executive positions in various industries, including fashion & beauty, retail, philanthropy, and leading-edge technology.
Patten's journey to metaphysical mastery was forged through personal adversity, including the unexpected loss of her father immediately followed by a murder of her best friend, and a few months later a suicide attempt by her mother. The immense sense of grief and isolation inspired her to study metaphysical psychology at the University of Kemetian Sciences, earn yoga teacher instructor certification, and become a Tai Chi master.
Today, Erin seamlessly integrates ancient metaphysical practices with modern business strategies. Her client list includes chief executives at Fortune 500 companies, and her work has been recognized in publications such as Entrepreneur, Forbes, and USA Today.
With a focus on inclusivity and global diversity, Erin has traveled to over 30 countries and worked in Latin America, supporting entrepreneurs and high-growth businesses. As a divine mother to her son, Harleaux Heru, Erin embodies the balance between professional excellence and personal fulfillment.

    Sorry for the slightly long comment! 😊 But I felt it was important to mention. I want to give a little suggestion about this title if you don't mind! 😊 Hope this helps a bit and your video reaches more viewers. I loved your content so I just wanted to help! This title is very interesting! But some small changes to make it SEO friendly can get more views. 😊 Starting with "Ep 98" is fine, but it doesn't have the specific keywords that would help bring it up in UA-cam searches. The words "Lead From Your Heart" and "Metaphysical Potential" are appealing to a certain audience, but it's not clear what kind of problem the video is solving or who it's useful for. If the title can be sorted by keyword research, it will reach a much larger audience. For example, “Heart-Centered Leadership,” “Unlock Your Potential,” or “Metaphysical Growth Tips”-such terms are relevant and more popular keywords. An updated title could be: "Ep 98: Heart-Centered Leadership | Unlock Your Metaphysical Potential & Personal Growth" This will allow the UA-cam algorithm to better understand the content of the video, and those looking to improve their leadership skills or metaphysically will find this video easily! 🌱💫😊

    Ooh Erin! This was soooo good! When you answered the question(s) regarding the inability to share emotions/feelimgs, that really hit home! And about how our families trigger us, which is why we're so career-driven! Whoooo!! I can definitely relate! I guess I need to lean in to how to better nurture my inner child & stop avoiding it in an attempt to "grow up" from those emotions.

    • @iamerinpatten
      @iamerinpatten 18 днів тому

      Yess!! Very good insight that you gained from this episode. I would say a first step in nurturing you inner child is thru a simple meditation. Sit quietly alone and imagine your self as young as possible. Then imagine your current self holding your younger self or sitting with her, and have a conversation with her. This will start to unlock that inner dialogue necessary to allow the flow of emotions.

    Erin, your messages are always so encouraging. Keep it up. I feel like Apple couldn’t sell as many iPhones if they told Samsung about their upcoming features. Therefore they keep em secret. I never thrive in competition. The moment someone where’s something I got on, I might throw it away. Prefer uniqueness and avoid my so called tribe. Not looking for a community of people like myself. Rather a reflection of something unfamiliar. Dope hair style.

    • @iamerinpatten
      @iamerinpatten 5 місяців тому

      Thanks for tapping in and also honestly reflecting on the content. It’s an interesting point you make about Apple. Of course this position around secrecy would have to be eliminated across the board. Everyone would be operating in their own lane with their own unique capabilities. Then consumers would be attracted to brands based on who they were and what they authentically offered vs. who can get to market sooner with the same technology. In the former way, there would be more variability, more options, more creativity bc there wouldn’t inherently be a desire just to copy what the other guys are doing just to sell more units. And the same goes for clothing - we all have to wear shirts and pants but if we were charged with designing our own gear then likely we would never wear what the other guy wears bc our designs would reflect the uniqueness of who we are like a finger print - similar but never the same.

    LLMs, like ChatGPT, Llama, and Bard are plagiarism. I feel sorry for true creators whose intellectual properties are being decentralized and monetized by non creators with the power of copy and paste. One of the reasons I don’t post original work online.

    • @iamerinpatten
      @iamerinpatten 9 місяців тому

      Ooooohhh thank you for bringing this up! I didn't get a chance to speak to the copyright and plagiarism perspective. There is definitely debate out there about are ideas really "original" especially when consciousness is collective. Even further, how do you know if your thoughts are original, transferred or planted? That's a conversation for another day! And much appreciation again for raising this very real concern.

    I really believe the universe is sending me a sign! This popped up into my recommended for you feed this morning! I have been working in mental health for 8 years 5 of which has been clinical work (both for an agency and private practice). The past a year and a half has been a roller coaster for me professionally. For a while I have felt as though I was missing something, I wanted to do more with my work but kept hitting roadblocks due to the nature of the profession. After having my son in December I attempted to go back to work after about 6 weeks. After one week of being back I went back out on leave due to PPD. I was out for another 8 weeks and started really reflecting on if staying in the profession was really what I wanted. Something felt different. My values were not aligning with the profession. I decided to take the leap into coaching, something I had considered for two years but was too afraid to do. Immediately I found that there were people who were interested! I started seeing clients for coaching and it felt so different! I felt so much fulfillment in what I was doing! I didn’t realize how unhappy i was. I started back doing therapy almost a month ago due to having to have more income and I don’t feel the fulfillment or passion anymore. My goal is to leave the field and go full force into my coaching business. I want to do more, reach more people, feel more fulfillment. Thank you for this video ❤️ this is more confirmation that I am going in the right direction.

    If a man is crossing a river And an empty boat collides with his own skiff, Even though he be a bad-tempered man He will not become very angry. But if he sees a man in the boat, He will shout at him to steer clear. If the shout is not heard, he will shout again, And yet again, and begin cursing. And all because there is somebody in the boat. Yet if the boat were empty. He would not be shouting, and not angry. If you can empty your own boat Crossing the river of the world, No one will oppose you, No one will seek to harm you.
