Loved that reflected view over Thirlmere and in any conditions you picked the best route to the top, especially with those amazing views, you could really enjoy them on that path. Great drone footage from the summit and a great call on knocking off Armboth fell, as it is a boggy hike even in the summer. Cheers Alan

What a fantastic day that was and hoping to this this exact route on the next sunny day (I want a day like that). Loved the footage of the tarn and the drone footage too, some sensational shots from the summits. I use unsure which was the best way around but looking at this, I think it is the way you went round. One of the best videos of this round I have seen, really enjoyed it, cheers Alan

I did this route mate a few months back without Seat Sandal and came down via Raise Beck. The scenery over Thirlmere on the way up was incredible! Great video. Always a bonus when you get views of the ‘Edges!’

Cracking walk Dave with stunning views! Looked a bit chilly walking along the ridge to Dollywagon Pike and a steep descent down to Grisedale Tarn. A canny walk back to the car! Great stuff. Cheers. Eddie.

A nice round that one , lovely light over Heron Pike , I'm sure Alcock Tarn is going to disappear soon it seems to get more overgrown with reeds everytime I visit it .

Some great footage there and a place I was at about 4 weeks ago, one of my favourite coastal walks. Dam shame about the tide being in at Embleton Bay, as it is such a fantastic and very expansive beach, cheers Alan

Absolutely amazing. Whenever you start a short solo trip of 4-5 days, Moses Peak is a must. It is a 5300m height۔ from the top of moses pea which you can see the views of the K2 world second highest peak in the world, Nangaparbat, K6 k11 and K 12 views in one frame. best time from May to October. This is a family tracked.its open Zone, one did not need a trekking permit or have to pay Royalty fee to climbed this Mountain tower

Done it twice from Dufton but has to be almost 20 years ago the last time but I do not remember all that mud lol. despite being there before that view from the top down through the valley still takes the breath away, what an amazing sight. Looked like you started to a a loop on the way back, as opposed to an out and back the same way, did that loop continue or did you have to come back the same way? Nice way to finish the day off with a pint, cheers Alan

Beautiful place to hike

Cracking day out...Brought back some nice memories as Mellbreak is where i finished my Wainwright challenge all those years ago....love the peep round ay Crummack water after climbing the screes.

You got a cracking day for it mind and two Fells I still need to climb for the first time. That scree looks like an accident waiting to happen and every video I see of these fells people always start from Loweswater but with the true summit and Hen Comb on the other side of the scree/steep side, I always wonder why people do not tackle both from Buttermere and miss out the scree altogether, going up and down the same way (the Buttermere side)🤔. Whenever I do get around to doing both of these I hope I get the same conditions, the footage was superb! Cheers Alan
