Oh, hi there! That is so interesting to hear! 😀 I used to be a coffee-only kinda person. But in recent years, I've acquired a taste for teas. I can't say I enjoy all types and flavors of teas but I do enjoy some more than others. Teas are good sources of minerals and antioxidants. And that notion has definitely helped me transition from the occasional cup of tea to the daily-before-bedtime cup ritual of drinking tea. Haha! 😄

As I've grown in my faith, I've learned to be more patient. I'm 62 and by now I've lived long enough to know better (or so I hope!) 😊 I've found out through observation that my prayers are always answered but with a caveat: I receive in ways that are so much better than my limited mind could ever have anticipated. With God I feel strong and I want to continue growing to achieve a better version of myself. So I keep on praying because I know that things happen not in my time, but in God's time, and always with an abundance of mercy and generosity. It amazes me that God is so good to me! I think to myself: Do I even deserve all that much? I have more things to be thankful for than things to ask for, when I think about it. 😇

My autistic son was bullied all throughout his life in school - even by some teachers! - to the point I had to pull him out and do homeschooling for one year. I had tried looking for advice and support but some people just turn away when they see that it's too much trouble. Some people do offer help but then you can't trust them because when you're not around they neglect your child or they don't cater to him as you wish they would. My son was around 8 when he went to a sleepover. Next morning, when I went to pick him up, he was visibly exhausted with deep dark eye shadows. I asked if he was okay; he said he couldn't sleep because he was thirsty and no one would give him water to drink (so as to avoid a "wet accident" in bed). At home, he always slept with a bottle of water right next to his bed and there was never ever an accident. The adults on the scene should have called me for advice, simple as that! My son is 27 years old now, lives alone, has no friends but me and his dad. I pray that I can live a long life and be able to always care for him, love and protect him. So help me God! 🙏🏻

Life experience, observation, and prayer have helped me switch from self-pity to full unconditional faith, all of which have opened a whole new horizon for me. I communicate with our blessed Mother, our Saints, Archangels, my Guardian Angel, so I can envelop myself with the Holy Spirit and as much as I possibly can, seamlessly. I hope you're feeling well and your feet have healed. I started having problems with my feet after I lost some weight and started to exercise way too much, I mean physically. I then read that, because now I have less fat deposit and also due to my feet's bones protruding more, the "cushions" I used to have are now almost gone, that is why I'm having pain in and under my feet - even when I walk! It's kind of a dilemma because I definitely do not want my cushiony fat deposits back ever again. 😅

I pray the Rosary every day. In fact, I've been praying more often than once each day. I usually attend church on Saturdays; I attend the Vigil Mass with my husband. We get there 30 min. early to join the Rosary Prayer that takes place prior to the 4:30 mass. We always look forward to going to church. ❤🙏🏻
