The Jack Manilla Pepple Chieftaincy House of Grand Bonny is a chieftaincy house that has been without a leader (Se-Alabo) for the past 124yrs and hence no representation within the Bonny Council of Chiefs.
A century of leadership vacuum came to an end as Wari-Alabo Iganima Jack Manilla Pepple emerged to become the Chief of the house.
Official presentation and confirmation by the Amanyanabo-In-Council was done on the 15th of March, 2024.
The event captures the essence of tradition, respect, and the long-awaited return of leadership to the Chieftaincy house.
It was indeed a momentous occasion that celebrates the restoration of honor and the beginning of a new chapter.
