This is one of the low budget scp short films

Every rendition of the plague dr ive seen shows him as brilliant, charming, polite, whitty, and doing anything to cure the pestilence. This just mentions the pestilence, and has him as a creepy murderer. Its done very well and is pretty cool.. but i dont like it havi t the plague dr name on it lol. Just my opinion though, not that it mstters. Again, nice short film for horror.

RE SCP and entities, this short seems too convenient: where one has to create a camera that swaps bodies in order for the story to work. If that is the future of SCP film/story telling...OK.

Dr. Scott killed Dr. Williams' wife in a car accident, Dr. Williams was diagnosed by the Plague Doctor with "The Pestilence", functionally marking him for death. Dr. Williams understands the Pestilence to be intangible but real and the Plague Doctor can sense carriers and eliminates them. Dr. Williams has operative knowledge of the Camera's ability to transfer "metadata", likely from his own experiments. Metadata typically refers to data attached to but not part of a file but here it refers to intangible parts of an individual's mind. Williams hires Scott as a ploy to lure Scott into the facility where Williams photographs him which reveals Williams as the antagonist. He has a photo of himself on the camera and a photo of Scott. Williams makes a precision transfer of "Metadata" containing the "Pestilence" from himself to Scott leaving Scott disoriented. Williams then releases Plague Doctor. Whether Plague Doctor eliminates Williams is unknown but it is likely that Williams has "cured" himself and if so, the Plague Doctor may let him live. Plague Doctor senses the "Pestilence" in Scott and moves to eliminate him.
