Making some power with the new Procharger gear set

Fluid film or wool wax or pb blaster prevents rust. Ram used silver tape to seal oval holes on the inside rocker panels. Replace that tape with oval rubber grommets. 9 on each side. Might be 30x 50 mm. P!ease measure yours but use mm in your search.

Trying to fix my truck, the front frame rails (attach to the bumper) the passenger side is crumpled, looking to saw it off and put a replacement in it's place.. what kind of weld/tool do I need for it? I'm thinking about just buying one from Harbor Freight and going at it. Not sure where to start, I'm in Michigan

I'm surprised the rockers were fine. Do you work on rockers? I've got an 06 Tacoma had the frame replacement by Toyota. But rockers are bad.

It looks like the frame had been coated with a rubberized undercoating (not sure if you mentioned that I kinda just skimmed through) but thats the main reason its so badly rotted. I had one like this I just got rid of cause my frame was wayyyy worse than yours lol. Good repair just be careful with it and next time use weld through primer on the inside of the frame patches then undercoat inside and outside of rhe entire truck inside the frame outside, in and out the rockers etc with woolwax it will pro-long the life of the vehicle tremendously!
