It's better to start as a cog in the wheel or more clearly stated, work for a company. It doesn't matter what company but ideally you go into an office and work. It's probably better to work for a publisher doing anything than just start out doing indy comics. If you have a friend to work on it with you or if you can buy an office for your studio and work with other artists that might be the best situation. But if you work for a company you will learn a lot. Working for a company is the best education. Unfortunately you can't get experience without having experience. This is thanks to minimum wage. Minimum wage may be lower than the lowest paid person in an industry but minimum wage is still too high a price to pay for the privilege of giving someone on the job training and giving them your secrets. So I'm wondering now if people aren't so dumb they think minimum wage helps the poor. Maybe they just pretend it helps the poor when they know it's job security. More people have jobs aparently than those who are looking. So there's no motivation to get rid of minimum wage. Those who have jobs have no reason to make it easy for those who don't have jobs to get jobs. Other than the fact that AI is taking over your job and you will probably be looking for a job yourself soon. Minimum wage was created at least ostensibly as systemic racism. It came about in the age of eugenics as a way to purify the white race by making it difficult for minorities to find work. If they couldn't find work they'd starve to death. It's weird how the people of the 30s realized the harm minimum wage would cause. Today it's seen as beneficial to the poor. Although of course they only say it's beneficial to people making less than minimum wage.

That sketchbook argument has died and been laid to rest. There are no rules in art, which means it doesn’t matter what people call their sketchbook, whether it’s messy or a finished work. Art books are published by the way. You can make this into an Artbook and call it the art of Kaiser. Nice work and keep creating 💙💜💛

I bought these pens and they work pretty well I love them and I thank you for the review

I have almost every color set of these. They are a decent marker. As in the ink flow and the bullet tip and how long they last. I’ve been using them (plus other markers ofc)just about everyday for 6 months and haven’t had a single one dry out. Usually only 2 out of the 3 markers blend well while the third color is always way off lol. But overall decent markers

30 days strong. Maybe a bit on the late in the day side, but still on time.

This is a nice change, I want to love sharpies but- they're micron pens are just awful when it comes to bleeding through any paper. Let's hope that they continue on here with some non-bleed applications 😛

Do you think you'll fill this sketchbook by the end of the challenge?

I have gotten this brand at Ross a couple times including alcohol markers 24ct. Brush and chisel tip,and they come in a plastic container (like a garbage can style container) with slots to keep the marker in place. I can’t lie the alcohol markers are SOO JUICY it blew my mind. And the colors are nice and they blend pretty damn well. The only bad thing with them is the brush tip dries out very fast it just like turns white only the tip of it. If it wasn’t for that those would be an extremely good marker, and I’ve tried lots of name brands and random brands. and they are definitely not the worst, but 100% worth the couple of bucks. Second product I had was the same ones in this video but instead of brush tips their 0.4mm fine liners, and they were garbage lol. The barrel and packaging was exactly the same.
