Looks like it’s to late but you should consider insulating the cinder block walls. I did and it makes a Hugh difference

I think I know what number 6 part is other option for back wall probably, can use the loading dock kit for this one

I built mine in N scale and encountered the same problems. The instructions are worthless. I had to undo steps to make things fit. It looks good when finished but it is a pain to build.

pretty cool, I just built 2 of these. not too tricky but that hydraulic lift pipe in a bit of a chore
