Master of ceremonies was Art faculty member James Roy. Also speaking that day was St. Cloud State president Charles Graham, Minnesota State Universities chancellor Theodore Mitau, Minnesota state architectural engineer Paul Cummings.

This was my "Uncle Ralphie", actually he was my cousin that was my father's favorite person in the whole wide world! It makes me so happy to hear his positive attitude regardless of the terrifying situations that he survived and preserviered. He was an amazing loving man who never spoke of his war time that I knew of, but eventually, he was pursued by many for his wonderful stories! God bless you Ralphie! I will never forget your Betty Boop tattoo and your gracious, loving personality! I miss you, as do all of us! Thank you for your wonderful service to defend our great country and the many others who needed our assistance. You are forever my rock star! Bless you! Can't wait to see you again in our next chapter of life! Love you Ralphie!
