A cautionary tale for current and prospective Meta Quest VR headset owners: I'm now on day 31 of Meta holding my Quest headsets hostage. I've been using Oculus/Quest devices from the day they started making them (10 years ago?), and I have not been required to give my date of birth to Meta in all this time. But they recently demanded my DOB under threat of disabling my Quests, and they made good on that threat 31 days ago. Meta can metaphorically brick your headsets, any time they want, and for any reason they want, and you will have no defense against it. Conclusion: Think carefully before you BUY anything from Meta; The thing you BUY will not be yours.

I'm only putting this note up because i see there's nothing here yet and it's a new thing. Samsung galaxy tab a9 is being miss world presented by the company with their specs. The a9 is NOT available with 8g ram famous lead you on samsung website with that being availability. Did a factory restart same thing. Do another factory reset with no samsung anything for options pick that enough set up the account. It has less prom but still acted up for a little while it seems better now at the 6 to 7 month mark. You may want to consider the nine plus even with the bigger screen. I can't hold the nine plus in my hand that's why i went with this. Just things to consider before you buy

There are better choices, but like most you only do the American version. Xiaomi, Oppo and other Chinese phones have better options with lower prices. I bought the Xiaomi redmi note 10 pro 4 years ago. It had an amoled screen, 120 refresh rate, 6 GB ram 128 GB of storage, 30 watt fast charging, 108 MP camera, NFC, side mounted fingerprint reader, glass back, case - all of this for 220 dollars. A lot of the high end phones did have some of these features. Americans are stupid when I come to buying phones.
