Hi i am a girl and i installed for the first time Arch Linux 7 days ago, it was easy and I am a total noob but i am good with debian and fedora so this is why it was easy for me to install arch linux. I have nvidia card and it was so easy to install and works straight away with no micro tearing or stutter or crackling audio. Arch Linux is the best and i love it so much. I have also installed deepseek r1 on my system to help me with everything.

i don't get it i have the same graphics and RAM but AMD ryzen 7 3750H which is almost the same as urs intel and i have 8 fps and shade crushes after new game starts...

If Sony rly wanted to keep exclusives and move to digital store, then they should just do a handheld device capable of running games from PS4, PS Vita and some from PS3 stores... It shouldn't be harder than this transition form windows to Linux and emulators...

i have the same laptop and i would strongly suggest you to undervolt both cpu and gpu and change thermal paste for better performance and longevity of the laptop......just look at the temps...your cpu and gpu are both throttling and it couldnt hold upto its full potential....i undervolted to the point where my laptop doesnt overheat more than 75 degree max and it really pays off as i get consistent frames for a longer time
