Before you can work on "The Golden Bot" trophy, you need to collect every single Puzzle Piece and bring them back to the spawn in Crash Site. This will unlock the Golden Statue at the back of the Crash Site's main area.
There, once you have at least 300 bots (practically every bot), you can interact with the drone next to the statue, which will allow you to reach this hidden level above the statue.
This level is without a doubt the hardest challenge in the game. It's a relatively long level with no checkpoints. You'll need to overcome every obstacle back-to-back without ever really having much of a chance to stop and catch your breath.
