These monastics are like a lighthouse in the darkness of a turbulent sea for one such as myself. I love this video - i wish i could join these wonderful monks but I am British and cannot travel there. I am orthodox, but I became Orthodox after I am married and therefore cannot become a monk but I practice most of the things monks do...this is the path of true love - loving God above everything else !

I wouldn't mind living on the outskirts of a monastery as long as they're honest and trustworthy. Where the infidels I have had to live around, all their debauchery, drunkenness and such isn't for me. Never ever has been.

"The Straight Path" not the worldly "wide" road that most travel! This will be added to our Paschal teaching video for 2023 in our Central Coast Public access stations and on UA-cam. "Judith Irene Matta" under "Orthodox Christianity: Living in the Kingdom" (original 2014) . We're reprising this for our 2023 Pascha video during Month of March-April. God keep them all sale and comforted in their lives and love for "The Brethren" with Love for Christ!

I stopped watching after the trip to town. Every single time I watch something from Russian Orthodox Church they have to be positive towards their previous regime, this why I avoid them completely. I want to avoid Phyletism but I don't know what is it with these people that they CAN'T get over communism. Lord have mercy.

Как радостно видеть таких чистых, хороших людей! Так и хотелось побежать и обнять братьев, такие они славные и родные какие-то. Помоги вам Господи, братья, во всех делах, укрепи и дай сил, потому что вы не только сами спасаетесь, но и как- то просветляете мрак вокруг. Спаси Господи! Надеюсь мир не задавит в вас это чудо, которые мы увидели, и не погасит в вас свет. Как верно люди писали тут в комментариях: это живая вера, истинная братия, настоящая Христова любовь. Посмотрела фильм с огромным удовольствием и скачала пару лет назад. С тех пор пересматривала несколько раз. Очень утешительно. Смотришь и отдыхаешь душой. Это как глоток свежего воздуха или лучик света в темном царстве. Принимаю этих честных, чистых, простых и настоящих людей, как родных, как братьев во Христе. Is he drinking mate at 6:21? That caught my attention, i am from Argentina from where the mate comes from and its so strange to see it on a place so far away.

Только сегодня из Мурманска вернулся влюблённый в этот Город. 4 дня там с друзьями были, 4 года хотел к Вам попасть, но из Мурманска к Вам не получилось доехать - сказали дороги замело и их закрыли. Даст Бог! в марте-июле доедем своим ходом.

сидят оправдываются ,значит чувствуют ,что не совсем по божеским законам живут,не должны жить жизнью барена,жирные ,значит чревоугодники,как не крути,машина должна быть хорошей,безотказной цена вторична,а большинство попов машины выбирают по принципу престижно ,есть разница.Фотокамера хорошо ,но смотря для чего,если фиксируешь историю,быт это одно,а если от скуки и якобы посмотрите какой я фотограф и что видел ,где бывал ,это уже другое .Каждый понимает для чего ему вещи и от туда оправдания этих монахов ,понимают ,что до монахов им далеко ,но хоть признают ,что бороться надо со своими хотелками ,но не будут так ,как оправдание готово. Люди они конечно хорошие ,мне до таких расти и расти ,но не монахи .
