I want to be as genuine and authentic as possible with this channel and not sugar coat the realities of business and running a brand-I will make mistakes, but I hope to learn and improve from them.

Mistake Tracking: Why I Record Every Problem
I’m rooting for you!! This year is going to be the best one yet 🎉 Do you have a video on what you pay wholesale and what margin you use? I’m trying to figure out my costs and projections and wanted to see if you have a video like that?
@@Whitewolfblackpanther I’ve mentioned margin and wholesale in passing on videos but I haven’t yet made an updated detailed video on that! Will come in time
Hey, for a someone who just starting out with a Budget of 1000 - 2000€ could you recommend something? Appreciate any answer.
You probably will not be able to acquire a decent printer for that price range that will be effective enough for sticker manufacturing, unless you find a used machine somewhere - and at that you will have to be diligent in making sure it works fine. The cost of vinyl and inks can also be quite high to get everything set up initially
@@rubashkastreetwear Thanks for replying. Didn't you started with a small setup before? I was thinking of a Canon or Brother Ink Jet and manual cutting for the start
Personally i really like a dish rack where the coffee mugs are hanging by there handles on silver “S” hooks. But your setup is cool! Nice router work
You do a great job bro, I’m learning thanks
Glad to help

What's the name of the black material on the top shelf your tools/devices are sitting on?
It is Kaizen Foam. I use it in several places around the office www.fastcap.com/product/kaizen-foam
Clean af✨
A very good work area that that will speed the process up. Thanks for the share. 😊
also fucking love this design.
Thank ya!
I personally like the lines on the Zip-Up Hoodie, gives it a vintage look.
Yes it’s definitely an aesthetic quality
What model or characteristics has your computer, I bought that printer but I work with Mac, so I need to buy a PC Microsoft/windows system. Thanks
I got a very basic and cheap monitor and Tower. Dell Inspiron 3020 S and 24 inch monitor. It was $857 new. I use the computer exclusively for the printer, so I didn’t care about any features or anything, as long as it works.
Lens ?
Rokinon 2.8/14 MM
super proud of how far you've come bro! I don't really comment on videos. Been subscribed for a long time! Keep going!
Thank you! Appreciate it
Another great video. Thanks.🙏
Hi mate what sticker printer do you use? And do you like it?
Roland BN-20A. Great printer for my needs, compact size, and good starter printer for smaller jobs.
Such a good idea cheers bro
do you have a reccomendation for where to buy the cellophane bags you're using? for an XL hoodie?
@@ifclothescouldtalk5990 look on staples .com , Uline, or Amazon. I usually puruse around those 3 websites because the prices fluctuate and there are also deals too. The bags are typically 99% similar to each other, so it doesn’t matter too much which site you use!
Amazing 🎉
Love the color code and the sizes of the boxes. Where did you get the boxes?
Uline.com 20x15x9 boxes! www.uline.com/Product/Detail/S-15038/Corrugated-Boxes-200-Test/20-x-15-x-9-Corrugated-Boxes
Question for you, how do you handle returns? I know this video is older and your processes may have changed drastically by now, but I really like the way youve organized your goods and want to implement something like this at my work. However, I am supplying uniforms to employees. We have a big turnover rate, so I am constantly getting return uniforms. After sending to laundry, I get them back, clean but unfolded and no longer in nice plastic packs from the vendor. Do you have any suggestions how I can go about storing my returns when returning to stock? I am learning a lot from your videos, thank you for sharing your content and ideas. You never know just how far they reach and who they will help! Thank you!
Returns are a little bit tricky. Sometimes a customer might request a return due to a financial situation so they do not open the package and it arrives in its original packaging - I encourage this in my FAQ page on my website. If a customer tries on something and it doesn’t work, it’s never returned nice and neatly as when packaged, so I lint roll, fold, and rebag an item with a new bag - the plastic bag around the tshirt usually gets too dinged up so I just toss it and rebag it. When I get returns, I just put them in a separate area from normal, ready to go stock, before it gets reintegrated into general inventory. I try to handle all returns the day of arrival, so they don’t just sit around in process for days as that neither helps me nor the customer awaiting a refund. I also don’t want unfolded garments from returns to sit around for a long time because then can get really wrinkled and that means they need a little ironing sometimes. Hope that helps
I do this then wrap a plastic cover because our coutry's courier service is ass and the package can be very dirty & sometimes wet
Haven’t had that issue, but good to know I’ll keep it in mind!
How are the mailers free?
You can get branded USPS mailers online for free. They are free because they are used when you purchase the required shipping service (label) for them.
Where did you find that those sticker tabs?
I created them myself on dymo 1x1 labels ua-cam.com/video/_vfX7M9_0kI/v-deo.htmlsi=88Lp2y_W2bchvEw1
Amazing ,you have more space.
Great tips, thanks for sharing. 😊
Is the sticker business looking okay? Looking to buy a bn20a
Yep still rocking with it
Gracias, es un gran consejo. a lo largo de todo un rollo de vinil si se genera un gran ahorro
Hey demitri have you thought about using AI models for you business, I made some few photoshoots if you’re interested in using AI
can this machine print on paper materials like for posters?
Yes
Welcome back sir.
They can still say it is not in the box Huge waste of money….You are the type of guy who buys the insurance on a soccerball at dicks sporting goods
💯
What T-shirts do you print on? they're really nice
American Apparel 1301! Great shirts
@@rubashkastreetwear God bless dude, these videos you post have been a godsend!
I've seen your brand around IG and I'm starting my own called CTE and stumbled onto your YT channel and this helped me a lot as I was literally gonna do the 10 of each thing. God bless
Informative tip on taking into account the tariffs. Its good to be prepared, that’s forward thinking, great advice. 😊
Guys like you are what make UA-cam. Hope you keep going and you're doing well. Many Thanks.
Appreciate it!
Just printed 100 hoodies and a few got little smudges and you just saved me from throwing money away….thank you!
Glad to hear that :-)
Sounds like a pain to set up. Would you say it's still the best choice for someone looking to start a small business?
Overall this is a great printer for the price to value ratio. I don’t regret buying it :-)
Where you been brother
Will be back very soon! I’ve taken a break from making new videos but I have new content in the works
@@rubashkastreetwear awesome!
Thank you so much 😊
No problem :-)
So what’s the rollers in the front of the machine for ? I heard they don’t really do anything for the bn20 ? On if you had a cutter like the gs ?
I’m not entirely sure what the rollers do- they came with the stand. The stand is great though!
Hay, I would like setup artwork for printing. I am preparing artwork for printing and cutting roland machine and graphtec. If you have any opportunity for those task please kindly let me know
7:30 I think that’s to keep dirt out of the barrel … and you remove it when your ready to shoot
Cool video
Where is the option on settings to make one by one label?
There should be a choice to choose a 1x1 inch label :) you may also make a custom page size of that doesn’t work
Where do you buy these?
I get the shelves from Home Depot and the boxes from Uline.com
beautiful designs the stickers themselves made me wanna check you out G
Thank you!
How do you figure out the shipping thresholds? Where do you find out the difference in pricing?
Shipping cost is based on weight/size/shipping destination and is automatically calculated via Shopify or whatever shipping service you may use. You can figure out thresholds by playing around with changing the weight on the computer before you purchase a label or getting a chart from UPS/USPS they usually have them online. After that, I use a pricing matrix for my shipping materials (boxes) to find the best fit/cost and whether or not I will need to travel to drop off my packages. It can be a little tedious to get all those details together, but it will help a lot to understand how to be as efficient as possible with shipping
can you please explain also for kids sizes how many pieces from each age size should i order?
The same information applies to kids sizes. You need as much as your personal market is demanding from you
You make dope shit!
Appreciate it
