Wait....why should a ukulele lesson for seniors be any different from a ukulele lesson for anyone else? ...more bathroom breaks? Do you talk louder? Frankly, I find the title of the video somewhat ageist and insulting.

Thank you. These are easy to follow lessons. The camera angle, however, makes it impossible, for a novice, to see which fingers are actually pressing on the strings. I had to refer to diagrams of the chords.

My son is 10 he has been trying to learn how to play ukulele by watching online videos. He is a lefty and has trouble following along to other videos. He loved this video so much. Your calm demeanor and the way you teach is perfect. My son and I wish you had more lessons to follow up

I commented under another post (oops) but want to say a bit more. Rob I am 62 years old and always wanted to play a musical instrument. I bought a couple Ukuleles so am using the concert size since I have arthritis pretty bad but really want to play. I found you today and did my first lesson today. I am excited because I do believe I can learn to play the Ukulele after your lesson. Thanks so much! You do not know how encouraging this was to me! I look forward to your posting more lessons.

Hello from the UK Rob. Thank you for this video which I will share with newcomers to our volunteer ukulele band. We are all retired and eager to learn more UKE skills. I am not a senior, I'm 18 years old, but this is the best tutorial I have found yet. The material is presented in an easily digestible way, and the tutorial goes slower than most I've found, which makes it much simpler to follow along. Thank you!

I'm a 54yo woodworker, and I just finished building my first musical instrument, a concert ukulele. I've been looking for a good beginner tutorial and I think I've found the one that works for me. This lesson was so simple I know I can remember it. Easy practice and it'll stick. Thanks so very much for doing this.

Thank you for that lesson, I am a complete beginner with my Ukulele arriving in about a week. Your lesson has given me confidence that i will succeed in my endeavour to learn to play a stringed instument at aged 80.
