Respected Hon'ble Justice krishana Dikshit sir your hard work shows in the way you work. I've also seen Hon'ble Justice Nagaprasana also works hard.. Requesting you to talk/teach family court Justices of Nayadegula Court sorry, but I feel they lack the abilities you pose as Justice, lack of patience, biased and are extremely rude to litigants and advocates (hand picked are served on a platter) this will derail Justice to poor people who struggle with litigation in matrimonial cases... In my personal experience Justice Panchakshari did that to me and my cases for the reasons best known to her. I've also heard similar comments by many from the same court. A plight of a common man and redressal is difficult to articulate in words especially in matrimonial and child related issues some amount of sensitive is crucial.

judge phr bhi thik hia. par majboor hai is ghatiaa sade hue kanoon k agee. vakil jitne bhi ladki k side ka case ladktee hia sab jhuttt banatee hai . judiciary sada hua system hai indinaka. dalali k eleva kuch nahi milta. har cheej aldki k khilaf 498 hai cruelity hia. par ladka kuch nahi bol sakta ladki jo marji karee kuh crueilty nahi hai

courts are responisble because men have no choice, you gave so much power to women that husband need st o run around for evidenc ro prove clean. make law balanced and honest not baised. listen to men also. why to give money to wifee. this is become busness noww in indina for women to get money. if courts are so much worried for kids there are milions on street not gettin food why dont you help and protect them.
